We know that adding games or gamification to a learning experience helps the learner build knowledge and more importantly confidence, yet many organizations don’t know where to start. They don't think they can use games in their learning experiences because they are expensive and take too long to build. As a consultant with global Fortune 500 organization in the medical, software development, retail, and food service industries she creates virtual synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences specializing in elearning solutions. Stephanie has designed and implemented over a dozen gamified learning experiences. She is the author of Game Design for Learning a TD at Work publication and speaks to local, national and international audiences. She holds a MA from Roosevelt University in training and development and a BA from Northern Illinois University.
