Eileen received her CPLP in March 2018, having passed the Knowledge exam in the summer of 2017 and the Skills Application Exam in December 2017.

She has over 25 years’ experience working as an Instructional Designer/Learning Strategist with a focus on meeting clients where they are to implement solutions to improve employee performance.

Her passion is to create trusted partnerships with clients to create sustainable learning solutions to drive business results.

She is currently a Service Delivery Manager with The CARA Group, responsible for consultant engagement and support on a variety of client projects.

Dave Lee, CPLPl

Dave was awarded his CPLP in March 2018 having passed the Knowledge exam in July 2017 and the Skills Application Exam in December 2017.

He is focused on Social Learning and Data Driven L&D as the profession transforms itself to meet the needs of our organizations, employees, and ourselves.

He also is a technology geek and gauges how new trends in technology can enhance the development and deployment of learning experiences.

Dave has been involved with Social Learning initiatives since 2014. He is an advocate of xAPI for learning analytics and automation of experiences that enable self-directed learning.

Kirsten Walker, APTD

Kirsten Walker is a training and development professional with over 10 years of experience.
With a background in retail management, Kirsten has always been training employees.
While working at Kohl’s Department Stores she had the opportunity to become a Field Trainer responsible for training new managers for Kohl’s. This experience provided Kirsten an opportunity to ‘test her wings’ as a true trainer. In 2006, Kirsten joined Oberweis Dairy as a Training Instructor. She added instructional design, facilitation and leadership development to her list of professional skills. In 2017 Kirsten participated in ATD’s pilot program for the APTD and received her certification in December 2017.
Kirsten continues to expand her training and development skills in the manufacturing business as a Senior Training Specialist at Ecolab.
Kirsten has been an active board member of ATD-Chicago since January 2016. She’s been the CETS (Chicago E-Learning Technology Showcase) liaison, Director of Event Management and is currently the Vice President of Communication.
