Successful businesses embrace effective leadership through change as a competitive edge. However, little is possible without the ability and willingness to connect with key stakeholders in meaningful, productive ways. In this inspiring session, Erich Kurschat will introduce a valuable framework for navigating diverse communication styles with greater influence.
