With the increasing need for just-in-time learning, the challenge is to develop small-size learning tools that bridge the knowledge gap and meet business needs. We’ve been experiencing a shift in learning from day-long workshops to quick “bite-size” knowledge feeds. Successful L&D professionals realize the need to make learning available whenever and where ever needed by the learner. During this session you’ll get a better understanding of micro-learning, view examples, and explore how to create a strategy to deploy micro-learning successfully in your organization.
