How Emotional Intelligence Drives Organizational Performance

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

In a VUCA world—volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous—leaders and organizations must be emotionally intelligent to meet their goals and drive performance. Many of us know this intuitively or through experience. But how do you get there? What's important about Emotional Intelligence (EI)? How do you install the competencies within the organization and make an impact?

Session outcomes:

  • Walk away with ideas on how to use EI as part of your Learning & Development toolkit.
  • Explore the benefits high levels of emotional intelligence bring to organizations.
  • Learn about examples of organizations that have used emotional intelligence training in their workplace and their outcomes.
  • Know how to assess an individual’s emotional intelligence and the entire organization's emotional intelligence.
  • Understand the key steps to build and sustain employee intelligence at all levels of the organization.
