How the latest neuroscience findings can guide progressive change management strategies

Change can be difficult, but what if we were able to leverage our understanding of how the brain works to make transitions easier?  Join us for the Corporate University Professional Development Network’s (PDN) final session of the year as we look at how the latest neuroscience findings can guide progressive change management strategies.

Ever wondered what actually triggers resistance inside the brain?  Conversely, ever thought about what triggers confidence, optimism and enthusiasm in the brain?  The latest neuroscience findings have revealed these triggers, which means we can now leverage this information to guide the design of our change management strategies.  In the November PDN, Jesse Newton with the help of a David Rock framework, will reveal the triggers of resistance and support, and facilitate an interactive working session to reveal how change management tactics can be designed with these triggers in mind.
