Corporate University

The Corporate University PDN provides a forum for professionals involved with corporate universities to share information and network. For the purposes of the PDN, a corporate university is defined as "the strategic umbrella for developing and educating employees, customers, and suppliers in order to meet and organization's business strategies” (Corporate Universities, Jeanne Meister). Participation is open to all those who have an interest in exchanging ideas, experiences, strategies, etc. related to corporate universities.

Meetings are held every other month.

Successful businesses embrace effective leadership through change as a competitive edge. However, little is possible without the ability and willingness to connect with key stakeholders in meaningful, productive ways. We risk "cookie cutter" approaches to our most important relationships, and we're left wondering what went wrong.

In this inspiring session, Erich Kurschat will introduce a valuable framework for navigating diverse communication styles with greater influence.

    • Identify key business stakeholders
    • Explore four basic personality styles, using the DiSC model as a guide
    • Learn how each style reacts to change
    • Consider tools and strategies for soliciting buy-in and influencing behavior
