Skill Building Clinic and Networking Event: 3 Pillars of Successful SME Relationships (We’re the Servants, Not the Masters)
As a learning professional, chances are you have worked with a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The partnership with SMEs is critical for any training initiative. As a learning and development professional, you must carefully balance the science of designing and developing a training program with the ability to effectively collaborate with a content expert. Oftentimes, that requires a specific soft skills set.
